Yes. Callconnect is a pre-bookable, demand-responsive service.
You must book your journey in advance - you cannot board without a reservation.

Callconnect serves areas across Lincolnshire, Rutland, and Peterborough. You can book a journey between any eligible pick-up and drop-off points within these service zones.
Anyone and everyone can use Callconnect!
You only need to register once per household. When booking, just tell us how many people are travelling and provide names and contact details in case we need to get in touch.
Yes. Visitors can use the service by setting up a temporary visitor account via the app or by calling us. You’ll need to provide your name, contact information, and journey details.
Yes. Small, unfolded pushchairs or prams may be brought on board, provided they do not block the aisle. Please let us know when you book so we can make sure space is available.
Fares depend on the number of fare zones you travel through. You can check fares via the app, on the website, or when booking by phone.
Return tickets must be purchased on the first journey of the day and are only valid on the same day. Some returns may have time restrictions.
Additional children will be charged the standard child fare.
Yes you can. If you have a concessionary bus pass, as long as you display this to the driver as you board the bus, your journey will be free.
For our services in North Lincolnshire and our Welland areas, we follow the Government ruling of bus passes outside of Lincolnshire and these can be used after 09.30am.
You can cancel through the Callconnect app or by calling the booking office.
Please give at least one hour’s notice to allow us to reallocate the space.
If the bus hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of your booked time:

Frequent no-shows (e.g., three missed bookings in four weeks) may lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the service.
Yes, you can—but please make sure to mention that you are a wheelchair or mobility scooter user when booking. This is important because your wheelchair or scooter will need to be approved before travel.
All Callconnect buses are wheelchair accessible and low-floor, although vehicle type may vary by location. We can accommodate standard reference wheelchairs with the following dimensions:
• Max length: 1,200mm
• Sitting height: 1,350mm
• Footrest height: 150mm above floor
• Pass the tie-down and clear path test
• Be approved before travel – please contact us to confirm
Only Class 2 scooters with three or four wheels are permitted, and only if compatible with Unwin’s scooter webbing system.
Passengers must transfer to a seat - riding while seated on a scooter is not allowed.
You must book the scooter in advance to ensure space is available.
• Agreed request stops (e.g., phone boxes, post boxes, etc.)
If you have mobility needs, we may be able to collect you from home - subject to safety and access conditions. Please ask when registering or booking.

Yes. In the interest of safe travel all of our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts. Our seatbelts are height adjustable and we ask all Callconnect passengers to wear the seatbelts provided.
